Location and Hours
Pikes Peak Cardiology is located Downtown next to Memorial Hospital in the new East Tower. The address is 1400 East Boulder, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909. Please send all business mail to our mailing address at P.O. Box 9809, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80932. Click here for a map.
Office Hours are from 7:30-5:00 for diagnostic testing Monday through Friday, and we start accepting phone calls at 8:30.
We are always available in case of a cardiac emergency. Call 911 for life threatening emergencies or our office any time of the day or night for emergency concerns at 719-635-7172.
Scheduling or canceling an appointment
Appointments may be made by calling 719-635-7172 from 8:30AM-5:00PM., Monday through Friday. You will receive the first available scheduling time. If you need to reschedule, we would appreciate a 24 hours notice as a courtesy to other patients and our staff. Please be aware there is a missed Testing and Appointment Fee: $250.00 will be billed to you for failure to show for your test and $30.00 will be billed to you for failure to show for your appointment.
Prescriptions and Refills
If you need a new prescription, we will be happy to call it in to your pharmacy of choice. If you need a prescription refill, please have your pharmacist call us directly during office hours. Please call your pharmacy one week before you are out of medicine for a refill.
Payment Policies for Medical Services
Payments for co-insurance, deductables and co-payments are due at registration for all scheduled services. Payments may be made in the form of cash, check or credit card. If necessary, payment plans may be negotiated. For a list of diagnostic testing pricing and deductibles please refer to our Diagnostic Testing Policy form.
